Exam duty of Supervisors in various Exam Centres March 2013 Exam

Board of School Education Haryana uploaded the exam duty of supervisors to conduct March 2013 exam in all districts at various centres. These duty letters shows the allotted centres of exams to the supervisors.According to the directions issued under letter no. 18653-23653 /C dated 20.02.2013 these appointments are compulsory. as per directions issued by Commissioner and Director General,Education Department,Haryana,Chandigarh .These Duties can't be changed.All the supervisors have to report to the centre superintendent/chief Superintendent. 11.30 AM on 10/03/2013 ( one day before exam).They will be entitled to TA/DA as per rules of the Board. 

If the concerned staff failes to report for duty, their names will be sent to District Education Officer and Director General, Education department for strict disciplinary action.The staff appointed by the Board should not be exempted from duty on any ground. In case of illness, certificate of illness should be from Chief Medical Officer only.According to guidelines any disqualified teacher/master/lect. should not be relieved for examination duty.To see detail click here-
