Notice to all the selected JBT Teachers selected by the different 18 District level Selection Committees advertising no.1/99 (Primary Education) & result declared on 7.10.2000 against 3206 posts in the state of Haryana.Whereas it has been proved to the satisfaction of this court that the above mentioned selected persons impleaded in a respective manner cannot be served under Order 5 Rule 20 of CPC in an ordinary manner so notice so notice is hereby issued against them to appear in this court on 20.04.2012 (Actual),personally or through some one authorized by law,failing which it will be heard and decided in their absense.Given under may hand and seal of this court the 13th March,2012.
