Pay Scale for Clerk : Rs.10300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs.3200/-
Pay Scale for Stenographer : Rs.5910-20200 + Grade Pay Rs.2800/-
Pay Scale for Driver : Rs.5910-20200 + Grade Pay Rs.2000 + Special Pay 1400/-
Age as on 01.01.2012 : General 18-37 Years,SC of Punjab 18-42,BC/OBC of Punjab 18-42,In Service Employees 18-45,Ex-servicemen of 18-37 +Number of years rendered in military service + 3 years.
Qualification for Clerk : Passed degree of Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science + Computer knowledge.Mode of selection for Clerk post : Written Test of General Knowledge and English Composition 50 marks each.The authorities may shortlist the applicants for the written test.

application will be accepted.Two steps of registration-Registration Step I and Registration Step II.Every successful registration will be allotted a unique Registration ID and Password.

Last date of application for Registration Step-2 : 21 December 2012.
No TA/DA shall be paid to the applicant for written test.
