Inter-District transfer policy for JBT and C&V Teacher in Haryana
The Director of Elementary Education Haryana issued Inter-District transfer policy for JBT and C&V Teacher on dated 12.10.2012 under memo no.13/277-2012 ET-1(2).
Process for application-
The last date of application is 15 November 2012.
Application form available on department's website.
Only mutual inter-district transfer should be allowed countersigned by District Elementary Education Officer of concern districts.
Both the teachers will have to declare that they are ready to lose their seniority in their previous district.
This transfer will be effective from the date of joining in new districts.
No TA/DA will be paid for this purpose.
Only regular teachers are allowed under this policy.
Preference will be given to these teachers-
1.same category/cadre.
2.PH candidates 70% or more
3.Widow legally divorced female teachers
4.Teachers with illness,certificate issued by Civil Surgeon.
5.Un-married female teacher.
6.Wife of serving soldier.
