Qualification and detail are as under-
Officer (Planning)-
Age : 20-28 Years. Educational Qualification : Post Graduate in Economics/Statistics.
Manager (Planning)-
Age : 21-37 Years. Educational Qualification : Post Graduate in Economics/Statistics/MBA in Finance.Experience : Minimum 3 years experience required for these posts.
Manager (Risk Management)-
Age : 21-37 Years.Educational Qualification :Post Graduate in Statistics/Risk Management/Economics/ Financial Engineering.Experience : Minimum 3 years experience required for these posts.
Manager (Treasury)-
Age : 21-37 Years.
Educational Qualification : Masters Degree in Finance/ Banking/ Treasury/ International Trade/ CA/ ICWA.
Experience : Minimum 3 years experience required for these posts. 
Manager (Security)-
Age : 21-37 Years.
Educational Qualification : Graduation Degree in any discipline with minimum 5 years experience of commissioned service or an Officer not below the rank of Assistant Superintendent of Police/ Deputy Superintendent of Police/Assistant Commandant/Deputy Commandant of Indian Police/ Para Military Forces.
Experience : Minimum 5 years experience required for these posts.
Structure of Written Test-
50 Questions of 50 Marks about Reasoning.
50 Questions of 50 Marks about English Language
50 Questions of 50 Marks about Quantitative Aptitude
50 Questions of 50 Marks about Professional Knowledge
Total 200 Questions of 200 Marks.Time : Two hours.
0.25 of the marks will be deducted as penalty on every wrong answer.
Online Written Test and Interview-
Online written test will be held at  4 Metropolitan Centres i.e. Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata & 
Chennai.The Group Discussion/Interviews will be held at Ahmedabad,
Bareilly, Baroda, Bangalore, Bhopal, Chennai, Delhi Kolkata,Jaipur,Lucknow, Mumbai, Patna & Pune. Centres may be added or deleted by Bank.Call letters will be available for download from website or will be sent to the shortlisted/ eligible candidates only through email.
Important Guidelines-
Send one application for one post under this project. In case of application more than one post will be summarily rejected.
The candidates are requested to check their qualification before applying for these posts.
The admit cards for written test will be issued on the base of information filled by candidates in their form without checking.
The process of registration of application is complete only when fee is deposited with the Bank on or before the prescribed last date for the submission.
Apply online,otherwise applications will be rejected.No correspondence will be entertained by the Bank.
In case, it is detected at any stage of recruitment that a candidate does not  fulfill the eligibility, his/her candidature will stand cancelled. 
All candidates will have to produce original certificates and testimonials at the time of interview, failing which their candidature will be cancelled.
No TA/DA will be paid for interview.

For any dispute jurisdiction of the Courts situated at Mumbai.
In-service employee send their application with No-Objection Certificate.
Appointment of selected candidates will be depend on medically fitness.
