Personal Assistant-01 Post
Qualification :1. Passed Matic Exam with First Division/Higher Secondary with Second Division/10+2 (Vocational) 2nd Division/Graduate of a recognized University or its equivalent.
2. Knowledge of Sanskrit/Hindi up to Matric Standard (For Ex.Servicemen Matric only).
3. Shorthand in English at a speed of 100 words per minute and transcription thereof at a speed of 20 word per minute.
4. Shorthand in Hindi at a speed of 80 words per minute and transcription thereof at a speed of 15 word per minute.
Contract Fee : 20382/-
Peon-01 Post
Qualification :1. Passed 8th Class examination.
Having knowledge of Hindi
Should know cycling.
Remuneration : As per wages fixed by Deputy Commissioner Panchkula for the year 2012-13.
Important-
1.Retired persons who have not completed the age of 65 years may also appear for the post of Personal Assistant.The contract fee for retired person,if engaged,will be difference of the last salary drawn i.e.pay+ DA minus PEG or contract fee of 20382/-,whichever is less.
2.These engagements will be purely on contract basis and can be terminated at any time without given any prior notice and the persons so engaged will have no right to claim either regularization.
3.Age as on the date of interview : Except retired persons, the minimum and maximum age will be 17-40 years.
4. Documents required : The candidates should bring their original documents,along with a set of attested copies.
5.Academy has right to cancel this advertisement at any stage.
6. The person to be engaged shall have to enter into an agreement with this academy.
7.The candidates will have to bring English Typewriters,shorthand note books and pencils themselves,Hindi typing test will be conducted on computer.
