Withdrawn of Promotion Order of C& V Teachers

The Directorate Elementary Education,Haryana withdrawn the promotion orders issued under letter no. 15/66-2010 HRM-II (5) 19.01.2013 for the post of Elementary Headmaster in the category C&V i.e.Sanskrit,Punjabi and Hindi Teachers.The reason of this decision is that the directorate found various discrepancies in the seniority list these teachers.Fresh orders after making necessary corrections will be issued separately.

From Master : 1757 (From Seniority No. 2 to 3282)
From C&V Hindi Teacher : 162 

From C&V Punjabi Teacher : 26 
From C&V Sanskrit Teacher : 175 
The Directorate Elementary Education,Haryana issued a promotion list against the post of 
Elementary Middle Head in HES-III (School Cadre)  today (19.01.2013).Mater and C&V Teachers promoted on the posts of Elementary Middle Head.These teachers had been waiting for a long time for their promotion.The pay scale of these Middle Head will remain Rs. 9300-34800+ Grade Pay 4800/-.
The Directorate not issued posting orders today.It will be issued later on.According to notification in case of any discrepancy regarding eligibility is found at a later stage. Order issued by Aswani Kumar , Additional Director Education,Office of  Director Elementary Education on dated 19.01.2013. In orders-The promotion will be subject to the outcome Civil Writ Petition No.14614 of 2012,13124 of 2012 and 20002 of 2012 pending in the Punjab and Haryana High Court.These promotion orders are without prejudice to the right of the seniors if any 
whose promotion cases may be decided at a later stage.
