Last date for submission of applications : 20 March 2013.

How to apply-

Apply through OMR  application format only. Applications received through any other mode shall be summarily rejected.

No Documents Required-

The  OMR application form should not be folded or stappled. No document required with the OMR application.

Cost of Application Form-

Rs.110/- in cash (examination fee  Rs. 100/- and cost of form of Rs. 10/-).For SC/ST/PH/Ex-servicemen the cost of form is 10/-rupees.No examination fee for these category.

This form can be get on all working days from 10 AM to 4 PM. starting from 20/02/2013.

Common Written Exam-

There shall be common examination for the posts of Staff Nurse,Nurse ‘A’ Grade & Nurse Grade 'A".

Important Notice-

It is noted that the examination for posts of Post Graduate Teacher,  post codes 122/12 to 156/12 & 34/12, shall also be held as per new examination scheme  which includes descriptive  type  paper, which is available at DSSSB website.
