HCS (Judicial Branch) Preliminary Examination -2012
Announcement about Advertisement No. 3 / 2012 published on 17.12.2012 in various leading newspapers. HCS (Judicial Branch) Preliminary Exam -2012 will be held on 17th March 2013.The time of examination will be from 12:00 Noon to 2:00 PM. Exam Centres : Panchkula and Chandigarh only.Dulplicate Admit Card : Admit Cards are being post to the candidates through registered post. Candidates who do not receive admit cards up to 14 March 2013 should contact the Commission’s office personally at Panchkula on dated 15 & 16 March 2013 during office hours to receive their duplicate admit cards.After these prescribed dates neither duplicate admit card will be issued nor any rectification in the admit card will be carried out by the Service Commission.
The tentative date of Main Examination is from 25.05.2013 to 27.05.2013 for which Admit
Cards will be sent separately. It is noted that the admission to this Examination is
provisional and subject to the fulfillment of eligibility conditions.
In any candidates want to correct their name/father name or any mistake in their admit card,he is advised to contact commission office on 15
th and 16th March, 2013 for necessary rectifications.Admit cards will also not be sent to those candidates who have not sent their application form complete.
