Meeting on Station Allotment of New Promoted Middle School Headmaster
The Director, Elementary Education Haryana is going to held a meeting with Chander Mohan, the State President of Haryana Schedule Caste Govt.Teacher Union on 12.03.213 at 11:30 AM.The meeting will be held on the demand of union at Directorate office situated at Sector-05, Panchkula, Haryana.It is noted that above union wrote a letter to Director HAJRAS/GS/264/3 on dated 3-3-2013 for allotment of station as per roster system.
It is noted that list was issued of promotion on Middle School Head Master posts on 21.02.2013.
The detail of promotion of Teachers from Schedule Caste Category was-
From Master : 592 Teachers (From Seniority No.4259 to 12307).
From C&V Hindi Teacher : 26 Teachers promoted
From C&V Punjabi Teacher : 03 Teachers promoted
From C&V Sanskrit Teacher : 22 Teachers promoted
The Directorate Elementary Education,Haryana issued a promotion list against the post of 
Elementary Middle Head in HES-III (School Cadre) on dated 21.02.2013. All of the teachers in this list are belongs to schedule Caste Category. These teachers had been waiting for a long time for their promotion..The pay scale of these Middle Head will remain Rs. 9300-34800+ Grade Pay 4800/-.These Master and C&V Teachers promoted on the posts of Elementary Middle Head with effect from 19.02.2013.
The Directorate not issued posting orders.It will be issued later on. Order issued by Aswani Kumar , Additional Director Education,Office of  Director Elementary Education on dated 19.01.2013. In orders-The promotion will be subject to the outcome Civil Writ Petition No.14614 of 2012,13124 of 2012 and 20002 of 2012 pending in the Punjab and Haryana High Court.These promotion orders are without prejudice to the right of the seniors if any whose promotion cases may be decided at a later stage.
