Pay Scale : 15600-39100 + Grade Pay 5400 rupees in Pay Band-3. + NPA.
Probation Period : Probation period will be two years from the date of appointment.
Application Fee- Application Fee 200/-rupees for General and Other Backward Class candidates.No application fee for Schedule Caste/Schedule Tribe/Female/Physically Handicapped candidates.
Age as on 01.01.2013 : Maximum 32 Years.Age relaxation as per Govt.rules.

Answers to be written in own hand.
Unfair means strictly prohibited in the examination hall.Table and chart are not allowed in the examination hall.Negative marking applicable for every wrong answer.

Medical attendance of emergencies.outpatients,Providing occupational health service and Medical Examinations and other work.
The selected candidate can be posted anywhere in India.
No request accepted from a candidates to remove their candidature after receiving their application form in any circumstances.
Mobile phones are not allowed in the examination hall.
