From Master : 99 Teachers (From Seniority No. 129 to 12801 )
From C&V Hindi : Teacher 61 (Date of regular appointment upto 25.11.2004).
The Directorate Elementary Education, Haryana has been issued last and final promotion list against the posts of  Elementary Middle Head in HES-III (School Cadre)  on the evening of 09.04.2013. 99 Master and 140 C&V Teachers promoted on the posts of Elementary Middle Head with effect from 19.01.2013 .These left-out teachers had been waiting for a long time for their promotion.The pay scale of these Middle Head will remain Rs. 9300-34800+ Grade Pay 4800/-.The counselling for allotment of station will be start from 12.04.2013.
Order issued by Ritu , Additional Director Education,Office of  Director Elementary Education on dated 09.04.2013. In orders-The promotion will be subject to the outcome Civil Writ Petition No.14614 of 2012,13124 of 2012 and 20002 of 2012 pending in the Punjab and Haryana High Court.These promotion orders are without prejudice to the right of the seniors if any whose promotion cases may be decided at a later stage.
