Former Chief Minister of Haryana Om Prakash Chautala granted interim bail for six months by the Delhi High Court today on 21.05.2013.Justice Siddharth Mridul granted bail and asked him to go Medanta Hospital within 24 hours for their treatment.This bail granted on the base of medical treatment. Chautala's plea that he was 70 percent disabled and required constant medical supervision.It is noted that former chief minister O.P. Chautala sentenced to ten years in jail for irregularities in the recruitment of 3206 J.B.T. Teachers in the year 2000. Chautala was also directed to surrender his passport and will not go out National Capital Region (NCR).INLD leader had filed a bail plea and pleaded that he was unwell and suffering from various ailments.The court also added that above hospital will have to file detailed report after six weeks.It is noted that in this 3206 J.B.T. recruitment case 22 January 2013 10 convicts got 10 years jail,44 convicts got 4 years jail and got 5 years jail in this scam.
