Board of School Education HaryanaGet Photocopies of Answer Sheets HBSE Exam
Now the students of class Matic/Secondary (10th) and Senior Secondary (10+2) can get photostat copy of their Answer Sheets of annual or semester system exam.The Board of School Education Haryana (HBSE) take this decision after receiving a report produced by committee.The committee was established by BSEH after the an order issued by Supreme Court of India.It is noted that in August 2011 ordered that certified copies of answer sheets is public information under the Right to Information (RTI) Act.The committee established by Board reviewed and observed the rules about this matter of Edcation Board of Gujrat,Maharishi Dayanad University Rohtak,Kurukshetra University Kurukshetra and Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).Now Board accepted the recommendations of Committee.
The rule and regulation for receiving to receive photostat copies of Secondary and Senior Secondary exam are as under-
1. Apply within 60 days from the date of declaration of result to receive Photostate copy of answer sheets.
2.Answer sheets will provide within 30 days from the date of application.
3.500/-rupees will be charged for one answer sheet as fee.Fee can be deposited by Bank Draft/
4.Undertaking of candidate is compulsory.
5.Format of application form issued for this purpose.
