Recruitment of District and Sessions Judges
Applications are invited from the practicing Advocates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC) for Recruitment of District and Sessions Judges
Mode of Recruitment- Direct Recruitment
Pay scale under Uttarakhand Higher Judicial Service Rules-2004 =51550-1230-58930-1380-63070.
Reservation-The reservation for Scheduled Caste shall be for residents of the State of Uttarakhand only.
Age as on 01.01.2013 : 35-45 Years.The relaxation in age will be admissible as per rules of theState of Uttarakhand.
Eligibility-Applicant must be a citizen of India and an advocate not less than seven years on 01-01-2013.
Character-For appointment character must be such as to render them suitable in. the opinion of the Governor of Uttrakhand.
Experience Certificate-
Experience certificate is compulsory issued by the Registrar of the
concern court along with the application form.
Dismissed candidate are not eligible for this post.
A candidate, who has more than one living spouse, shall not be eljgible for this post.
Medium of Answering : The medium of answering in Written Test shall be English as weil as Hindi.
Examination Fee-
500/-.Send Demand Draft in favour of Registrar General, High Court of Uttarakhand, Nainital.
Last date-
The last date of submission of application form is 30.06.2013.Write on the top of the envelope-"Application for the H.J.S.-2013".Application received after last date will be rejected.
Written Test -
Preliminary examination and Main examination.
Date of Preliminary Examination : 18.08.2013 at 11:)) AM..Result announced before 30.08.2013.
