Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE)Get Photocopies of Answer Sheets CBSE Exam
Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) issued guideline to get Photocopies of Secondary and Senior Secondary Exam March 2013.After these guidelines now the students of class Matic/Secondary (10th) and Senior Secondary (10+2) can get photostat copy of their Answer Sheets of exam. It is noted that in August 2011 Supreme Court ordered that certified copies of answer sheets is public information under the Right to Information (RTI) Act.The rule and regulation for receiving to receive photostat copies of Secondary and Senior Secondary exam are as under-
1.Apply online for Photostat copies of Secondary and Senior Secondary Exam between 31st to 38 th day from the date of declaration of result of the Main Exam.
2.Apply online to get photo copies of answer sheets for 10th class from 29.06.2013 to 03.07.2013 and for class 10+2 26 June 2013 to 03 July 2013.
3.After filling online application send confirmation page to CBSE with application fee.
4.Fee for one answer sheet-500/- rupees per subject payable to Secretary,CBSE payable at Regional Office concerned.
5.Undertaking of candidate is compulsory.
6.Photostat copy/copies will be sent by speed post only.
7.Board does not have provision of revaluation of the answer book or supplementary answer book(s).
8.The photocopy of the evaluated answer book shall not be given to any institution or school for display or commercial use.
8. The decision of the Competent Authority of the Board on the marks/grades awarded shall be final.
