Gen.= 3 posts , SC = 2 Posts, Other Backward Class=1 Post
The number of vacancies can be increased or decreased.
Pay Scale-Rs. 10300-34800+3200 Grade Pay.
Qualification-
1. Matric or its equivalent.
2. Diploma in ANM training or vocational course of ANM should be registered as ANM with Nursing Council of State Government.
Age as on 01-01-2013- Between 18-25 years for General Category, 18-28 years for
OBC Category and 18-30 for SC Category (relaxation of age for departmental
candidates up to 35 years) for appointment by direct recruitment and 5 years for other Govt. Servants.
Application fee-
Application fee Rs. 200/- for General Category candidates and Rs. 100/- for Other Backward Class Category candidates and SC Category, Fee can be deposit in the shape of demand draft in favour of Principal Medical Officer,GMSH-16, Chandigarh payable at Chandigarh (Not Refundable).
How to apply-
The application form duly completed with on latest Passport size photograph should reach in the office of Director Health & Family Welfare, Govt. Multi Speciality Hospital, Sec-16, Chandigarh.
Last date of application-
The last date of application is 31-07-2013 by 5:00 PM. The incomplete
applications and applications received after the due date and applications without demand draft will not be entertained.
No TA/DA will be paid for interview to the candidates.
