Online Admission for Secondary and Senior Secondary April 2014 Exam

The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) invites online applications for admission in 10th and 10+2 examinations for April 2014 examination.The complete schedule are as under-

Admission for 10th class 2013-14 session (Stream-1,Block-1)

Last date of admission-31.08.2013

Minimum age for admission as on 31.07.2013-14 years.

Eligibility-Passed 8th class or self certificate ( as prescribed in the admission form).

Admission for 10+2 class 2013-14 session (Stream-1,Block-1)

Last date of admission with 200/- rupee late fee-15.09.2013

Eligibility-Passed 10th class from any recognized board.

Minimum age for admission as on 31.07.2013-15 years.

Offline applications will also be accepted.Candidates are requested to contact nearest NIOS centres to take the admission.

Validity of admission-

The validity of admission for only 5 years.
Tentative dates of examination-
The learners of this stream will be eligible to appear in the April 2014 examination.
Mode of payment of admission fee-
Application fee can be paid through Debit Card/Credit Card/Bank Draft.Bank draft should be in favour of Secretary,NIOS payable at respective regional centres.
