Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET)-2014 on 16.02.2014
The Central Board of School Education (CBSE) is going to conduct Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2014 on 16.02.2014 (Sunday ).Notification has been issued.Online application forms are invited on website www.ctet.nic.in.The starting date for online application is 11.10.2013 and the last date for online submission of form is online application is 31.10.2013.The Syllabus,Eligibility and Time duration of Examination available in CTET 2014 notification.The important date for CTET February 2014 are as under-
Starting date of online applications-11.10.2013
Last date for online applications-31.10.2013
Last date of receipt of confirmation page-07.11.2013.Last date for remote area 15.11.2013.
Schedule of examination CTET 2014 are as under-
Date of Examination For Paper-1 : 16.02.2014.Time of Exam 09:30 to 12:00 Noon.
Date of Examination For Paper-2 
: 16.02.2014.Time of Exam  2:00 to 4:30 PM.
Online application : Only online applications will be accepted.
Note : CTET is compulsory for recruitment of teacher for class 1st to 8th.This test is only one of the eligibility criteria for appointment.Qualifying this test would not confer a right for recruitment.
CTET 2014 Examination Fees-
Fee for General category and OBC Category=Rs. 500 /- (Five hundred rupees ) Paper-1 or Paper-2.Fee for both papers for these category candidates fee is 800/-rupees only
For Schedule Caste /Schedule Tribe / Differently abled Category=Rs. 250 /- (Two hundred Fifty).For for paper-1 or paper-2 both papers of these category candidates 400/-only.
Fee can be made by Credit/Debit Card or by Challan.
There will be two papers of CTET 2013.No negative marking-In CTET 2014 examination these will be no negative marking. 

How to apply for CTET 2014-

 All the Eligible and interested candidates are required to apply through the Online Application by logging on the Official website of Central Teacher Eligibility Test CTET (www.ctet.nic.in) or CBSE (www.cbse.nic.in) .After online process a Confirmation page with Registration No. shall be generated. Candidates are required to take printout of Confirmation page and paste one passport photograph, sign in the space earmarked for the purpose.

The Assistant Secretary (CTET Unit), Central Board of Secondary Education, PS 1-2,Institutional Area,I P Extension, Patparganj, Delhi-110092.Confirmation page sent by courier will not be accepted.Application received after due date will not be accepted. 
Result of CTET 2014 will be published after some days of the written test in all exam centres.
