Qualification for Clerk-10+2 Class or equivalent qualification from a recognized board.

A typing speed of 35 word per minute in English or  30 word per minute in Hindi on Computer. 35 word per minute and 30 word per minute correspond to 10500KDPH/9000KDPH on an average of 5 key depression for each words.
Qualification for Stenographer-10+2 Class pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized board.Dictation at the speed of 80 word per minute in Stenography (English or Hindi) with transcription time of 50 minutes (English) or 65 minutes (Hindi) on computer.

For SC/ST-500/- and for General and OBC 1000/-.
