The detail of posts are as under-
Anganwadi Worker-04 Posts
(One each for Vikas Nagar,Behlana ,Manimajra and Kaimbwala.
Age-18 to 44 Years.
Qualification-Matric or above.
Qualification-Matric or above.
Remuneration-4600/- per month.Rs 3000/- p.m from Govt of India’s grant and Rs 1600/- out of State Budget.
Anganwadi Helper-13 Posts
(For Sector 30-01 Post, for Behlana-01 Post,For Colony No 4-02 Posts,Hallomajra-01 Post,
Mauli Colony-02 Posts,Railway Colony(Daria)--01 Post,Raipur Khurd-01 Post,Manimajra Town-01 Post,for Khudda-01 Post,Alisher Sector 38-A-01 Post, Sector 29-01 Post.
Age-18 to 44 Years.
Qualification-Primary pass.
Remuneration-2300/-per month.Rs 1500/- per month from Govt of India’s grant and Rs 800/- out of State Budget.
Mode of Selection-
Selection will be made on the basis of merit.Merit will be prepared as per criteria.
Merit criteria for Anganwadi Worker-
Matric 40% or below-4 marks, Above 40% till 50% -5 marks
Above 50% till 60% -6 marks, Above 60% till 70% -7 marks
Above 70% till 80% -8 marks, Above 80% till 90% -9 marks
Above 90%- 10 marks, 10+1 pass -1 mark
10+2 pass-1 mark, Graduation qualified- 3 marks
Experience as Anganwadi workers or Anganwadi Helper-1 mark for each year with a
maximum of 3 marks.
Any women who is destitute, divorced,deserted , widow-2 marks.
Merit criteria for Anganwadi Helper-
Primary pass- 10 marks
6th pass-1 mark
7th pass-1 mark
Middle (8th) pass-1 mark
Experience as AWW, AWH-1 mark for each year with maximum 3 marks only.
Any women who is destitute, divorce, deserted, widow.-2 marks
The preference will be given to local candidates only who resides near the anganwadi centres
