Employment Notice for Recruitment of Stenographer and Clerks
Applications are invited for recruitment of Stenographer Grade-3 and Clerks on contract basis.The last date for application is 31.01.2014.The detail of posts are as under-
Stenographer Grade-3-Total  06 Posts
For General-05 and for OBC-01 post
Consolidated salary-Rs.18400/-per month.Sarary is fixed by Chandigarh Administartion.
Qualification-Bachelor degree from any recognized university.Speed of 80 word per minute in English shorthand and 20 word per minute in transcription of the same.Proficiency in Computer specially in Spread Sheets and Word Processing.
Clerks-Total 16 Posts
For General-11,for OBC-04,for Sc-01 post.
Consolidated salary-Rs.22300/-per month.Sarary is fixed by Chandigarh Administartion.
Qualification-Bachelor degree from any recognized university.
Passed Matriculation examination with Hindi/Punjabi as one of the subjects and have proficiency in Computer specially  in Spread Sheets and Word Processing.
Age as on 01.01.2014-18 to 30 years.Relaxation as per govt.rules.

Name starts  from A to N-11.02.2014
Name starts  from O to Z-12.02.2014
Time of Shorthand Test-
10:00 AM.
Written Test-The test of English,Punjabi and Hindi for the posts of clerk shall be held on 08.02.2014 at 10:00 AM.The list of  Qualified candidates will be displayed  on website.Only qualified candidates in written test will be called for proficiency test in computer.

Number of posts may increase or decrease.
No TA/DA will be paid for test/interview.
