Probation Period : Probation period will be two years from the date of appointment.
Application Fee-Application Fee 200/-rupees for General and Other Backward Class candidates.No application fee for Schedule Tribe/Schedule Caste/Female/Physically Handicapped candidates.

Age as on 01.01.2014 : Maximum 32 Years.Age relaxation as per Govt.rules.
www.upsconline.nic.in. Application received with prescribed examination fee will be rejected.
Important instructions for candidates- Apply on website by online mode.Candidates are suggested read the detail of advertisement given on the official website.Use black pen to darken the circles in OMR sheet.
Unfair means strictly prohibited in the examination hall.Negative marking applicable for every wrong answer.Table and chart are not allowed in the examination hall.

Nature of Duties-
Medical attendance of emergencies.outpatients,Providing occupational health service and Medical Examinations and other work.
No request accepted from a candidates to remove their candidature after receiving their application form in any circumstances.The selected candidate can be posted anywhere in India.
Mobile phones are not allowed in the examination hall.
