The Director of General Elementary Education Haryana issued a letter for General Transfer of all Teaching and Non-Teaching employees.Online application are invited.Empolyees can filled online application from 21.03.2014 and the last date for online application is 21.04.2014.The link will be available on www.schooleducationharyana.ov.in and www.harprathmik.gov.in from 21.03.2014.According to the information issued on website that the department has decided to carry out exercise for General Transfers for all categories and inter-district transfers for district cadre categories within the policy guidelines of the State Government.It is noted that the teachers working in Haryana in various districts had been waiting transfer policy for a long time.In year 2004 and 2011 various JBT Teachers was appointed in district Mewat from Non-Mewat area.They are serving in Mewat form 2014 and from 2011.
The detail of Inter-District transfer policy 2012 for JBT and C&V Teacher in Haryana are as under-
Only mutual inter-district transfer was allowed countersigned by District Elementary Education Officer of concern districts.
Both the teachers declared that they was ready to lose their seniority in their previous district.
This transfer effective from the date of joining in new districts.
No TA/DA will be paid for this purpose.
Only regular teachers was allowed under this policy.
Preference will be given to these teachers-
1.same category/cadre.2.Physically Handicapped candidates 70% or more3.Widow legally divorced female teachers4.Teachers with illness,certificate issued by Civil Surgeon.5.Un-married female teacher.6.Wife of serving soldier.
