Correction in Check List of Secondary and Senior Secondary Classes
The Board of School Education Haryana (HBSE) Bhiwani issued the instructions about Check List for Secondary and Senior Secondary Classes (Regular Mode) examination Session 2014-15.These checklists and staff statement will be available on www.hbse.ac.in from 04.08.2014 and the last date for online correction will be 12.08.2014.The online correction option will be available for a week's time.The school should visit the Board's website www.bseh.org.in make access to the check list using their login ID and password.They can correct any detail of a registered student except name of student,date of birth and caste.The above detail will be display for viewing only.If there is any need to get any of these corrected as per the school record then the school will have to approach the Board's office on 08.08.2014,11.08.2014 and 12.08.2014 with the relevant school records to get necessary correction affected immediately after viewing the cut list.
All the school data should be get corrected prior to the generation of the Admit Cards the tentative date for that is 15.08.2014.No correction is chargeable at checklist stage.At this stage no addition of a new candidate to the registered one or subtraction among them is allowed.
The schools who,somehow,got registered duplicate or fake candidate their accounts and also paid excess examination fee on account of these unwanted registration can get the excess fee refunded by getting the unwanted registration eliminated from the records up to the generation of Admit Cards similarly,the balance due exam fee will also be collected/deposited under the rule.
