Age as on 01.01.2014-18 to 35 years for General category candidates.18 to 38 years for SC/ST category candidates.18 to 40 years for in service employees.Instructions for Inservice candidates-The persons who have served under Central or State Govt., Autonomous Organization or such like institutions shall be entitled to relaxation of age to the extent of the years or regular service rendered for such organization subject to maximum of 5 years.
Qualification-Passed Matriculation or its equivalent from any recognized Board.
Examination Fee-
For SC/ST -Rs. 100/-and for General Category and others -Rs. 200/-.The fee once paid will not be refunded in any case.Fee can be paid by Bank Draft drawn on any nationalized bank in favour of ‘Chandigarh Judicial Academy’ payable at Chandigarh.

Two recent passport sized photographs which are duly attested, one to be pasted on the application form and the other to be enclosed with the application form

Attested copies of all supporting documents regarding qualification, date of birth , reservation certificate if belongs to reserved category, experience certificate if any, etc. 
Bank Draft drawn in favour of ‘Chandigarh Judicial Academy’ payable at Chandigarh.
Two self addressed duly stamped envelopes having size of 9”x4” inches.
