Warder/Female Warder-760 Posts.
For male -659 and for Female -101 Posts.
Pay Scale-Rs.5400 – 25200/- (Pay Band-2) + Grade Pay Rs.2,600/- .
Eligibility-Citizen of India.
Educational Qualification- Passed Madhyamik Examination (Matric/10th) from the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent examination from any other Board recognized by the State Government or the Central Government.
Age as on 01.01.2015-18 years to 27 years.Age relaxation-The Upper age limit relaxed for the SC/ ST candidates of West Bengal only by 05 years and OBC candidates of West Bengal only by 03 years.Also relaxable for the Ex-serviceman candidates.
Physical Efficiency-For Warder -Long Distance Run – 1600 mtr. in 06 minutes 30 seconds.
For Female Warder - Long Distance Run – 400 mtr.in 02 minutes.
Written Test-90 marks.
Syllabus of Written Test-
General Awareness and General Knowledge - 20 questions 30 Marks.
English -16 questions for 24 Marks.
Reasoning - 8 questions for 12 Marks.
Computer Literacy - 06 questions for 9 Marks.
Interview of 10 marks.
Last date- The last date for applications is 27.03.2015.
Application fee-200/-.No fee for SC/ST candidates of West Bengal.
