Postman and MTS Written Test 17.05.2015
In the view of recruitment of Postman and Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) in Ambala Circle,Haryana,Chief Postmaster issued the schedule of written test for above said posts.The written test will be held on 17.05.2015.Schedule is available on official website www.indiapost.gov.in.Candidates are directed to read notification.The complete schedule of test are as under-

Pattern of Aptitude Test-100 Marks.
25 marks for 25 questions on General knowledge, Reasoning and Analytical Ability.
25 marks for 25 questions on General knowledge, Reasoning and Analytical Ability.
25 marks for 25 questions of Hindi language.
25 marks for 25 questions of English language.
25 marks for 25 questions of Mathematics.
Admit cards information-Admit cards will be sent to eligible candidates by post.Admit cards will not be upload on website.
Qualifying criteria-Minimum 10 marks for Open category,8 marks for SC and 9 marks for OBC candidates in each part.40% marks for Open Category,33% marks for SC and 37% marks for OBC category candidates.The selection will be on the basis of merit,which will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the aptitude test.
Duration of Examination-120 Minutes.

Crucial Date for reckoning of age limit-10.02.2015
Age-18-27 Years.Relaxation as per Govt. rules.
Pay Scale- Rs 5200-20200+ Rs. 2000/-Grade Pay.
Application Fee-400/-for General and OBC candidates.No application fee for SC/ST/PH and all categories of female candidates.
Education Qualification -Passed Matriculation from any recognized Board or University.Selected candidate can be posted in any area of India or abroad , as required.
Last date of receipt of Applications was 10.02.2015
No TA/DA will be paid to attend written test and selection process.
