Haryana JBT-C&V Inter District Transfer Policy 2015
Govt.of Haryana has been issued New Transfer Policy 2015 for District Cadre Teachers.Applicants may apply on prescribed format of application for their transfer.Application format available on departmental website.The last date for application is 15.09.2015 and this policy is for all teachers of District cadre (JBT Teacher,Head Teacher, C&V (Hindi Teacher,Sanskrit Teacher and PTIs).The order of preference are as under-
Mutual transfer of the teachers in same category/cadre.
Physically challenged teachers.
Widow/Widower and Legally divorced female/male teachers.
Teachers suffering from terminal diseases i.e. Cancer/AIDS etc.
Unmarried female/male teachers.
Wives/husbands of serving officials/officers of Defence/Para-Military forces.
HT/PRT and C&V female teachers whose husbands are employed in other Districts.
HT/JBT and C&V female teachers who get married after joining their service.

All female HT/JBT and C&V teachers whose husbands are working in other District in any other Department(s) of Haryana.
HT/PRT and C&V male teachers whose wives are employed in other Districts.

All male HT/JBT and C&V teachers whose wives are working in other District of haryana.
male HT/JBT and C&V teachers whose wives are working in Departments/Offices of Central Government.
No TA/DA shall be paid for inter district transfer.
