The Central Board of School Education (CBSE) has been announced 
the schedule for CTET February 2016.As per schedule 9th edition of Central Teacher Eligibility Test will be held on 21.02.2016.Online applications are invited on official website www.ctet.nic.in.Detailed notification is available on website.The Syllabus,Eligibility,important dates and time duration of Examination can be seen in CTET Public Notice available on official website.All eligible candidates are advised to read complete instructions before apply their their form.The main points are as under-
Starting date of online application-04.12.2015
Closing date of online application-28.12.2015
Last date of submission of fee-29.12.2015
Final status of application available on website-30.12.2015
Date for online correction in particulars-30.12.2015 to 04.01.2016

E admit cards available from-25.01.2016
Date of CTET February 2016-21.02.2016
For Level-1=02.00 PM to 4:30 PM.

For Level-2=09:30 to 12:00 Noon.
Tentative date of announcing the result-Before 06.04.2016
Dispatch of Qualified Certificate/Marks Statement-05.05.2016 on wards.

CTET is compulsory for recruitment of teacher for class 1st to 8th.This test is only one of the eligibility criteria for appointment.Qualifying this test would not confer a right for recruitment.

Mode of payment of CTET Fee-

Fee can be made by Credit/Debit Card or by Challan.There will be two papers of CTET.No negative marking.

CTET Examination Fees-
Fee for General and OBC Category=Rs. 600 /-Six hundred rupees ) Paper-1 or Paper-2.

Fee for both papers for above category candidates-1000/-rupees.
For Schedule Caste /Schedule Tribe / Differently abled Category=Rs. 300 /- (Three hundred for paper-1 or paper-2 both papers of these category candidates 500/-only.

How to apply for CTET 21.02.2016-
All the Eligible and interested candidates are required to apply through Online Application on www.ctet.nic.in or CBSE website www.cbse.nic.in after issuing the notification.After online process a Confirmation page with Registration No. shall be generated. Candidates are required to take printout of Confirmation page and paste one passport photograph, sign in the space earmarked for the purpose.
