Pay Scale-Pay Band- 2 Rs. 10300-34800 +Grade Pay Rs. 3200 + other allowances as admissible under Govt. instructions/rules.
Pension- The selected candidates will be included under ‘Defined Contributory Pension Scheme of the State Govt.
Reservation-20% seats are reserved for Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes, 10% seats for Backward Classes, 13% seats for other reserved categories.
Age as on 01.01.2016-18 years to 25 years.Age relaxation as per govt. rules.

Educational qualifications: The educational qualification for these posts is 10+2 in any discipline. It is compulsory for each candidate to have passed matriculation examination with Punjabi as compulsory/optional subject.
